convert software tracks in garageband

I have a mix of software and real instrument tracks in one of my songs and I want to convert the software tracks into real instrument ones. I'm getting the red triangle. Can I do it in one go or how do I do it individually? I don't want to start the song from scratch all over again, help... thanks |
