Is there a free program out there than works will all of itunes formats that can cut songs up for my cell phone. i want to get the chorus only as a ringtone. any suggestions would be appreciated.

audacity, im not sure how many file types it can import, but it works well and is free

Another vote for audacity. Free and VERY NICE.
