error 310?? Any help

Hi I am new here.I have a macbook pro. I was trying to get an app for my Itouch .An I got this error 310?? Any help???

We could not complete your itunes store request.An unknown error occurred (310)

Try logging out of your itunes account (Store > Sign Out), then close iTunes.
Restart you MBP or logout and then back in.
Open iTunes, find the app you were trying to download, hit the download button, and sign in when prompted.

when I logged out of itunes restarted my MBP. Open up itunes i was logged back in to itunes??? oh and that did not work but thank you...

All I could find about this particular error was

I wonder if there is a compatibility issue with the ipod model and the app requested?
Also have you tried to download another app?

Now that i logged out of itunes i can not log-in on my MBP???
