Wavepad - how to arrange toolbars?

Hi there I've just downloaded WavePad but cant find a way of docking the toolbar, playback controls or position bar to the top of the screen (or bottom) so when I maximise the audio file I don't lose any of the wave panel itself. (it disappears under the toolbars)
For the odd audio editing you can rearrange the screen so it is useable but if you are doing a lot of it then re-arranging the screen constantly could be a pain.
I used to use Sound Forge which was brilliant. I don't really like Audacity and found WavePad on my journey. I do like it but could do with sorting this out really.
