Okay so I download some of my music off line, mainly if I have no choice but to do that. When I download per say, a mixtape, the person who posts it is he able to see my computer/take control of it because I downloaded from him? And please an answer different then it's a mac it's impossible

If you're talking about downloading music you didn't pay for, that kind of discussion is not allowed here, and you do have a choice NOT to do that.

Well if it's a mix tape that someone has put online it's not exactly illegal. If anyone the person breaking the law is the person who did the mix but even then it's a law that is realistically unenforceable.

Only if all the music on it is public domain.

And the person downloading it as well, naturally. And this concept of "it's okay if you will probably get away with it" is foreign to my thinking.

If you have to ask because it's from a questionable source, you probably shouldn't be downloading it in the first place. Buy your music from a reputable source and you have nothing to worry about.

And with that said, we're done here.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
