Hi,
I switched to mac about 3 weeks ago and my macbook pro 13 can't seem to record audio from the sound card. I've tried Audacity and Wiretap. Audacity only gave me the option to record from the built-in mic, not from the mac itself. In wiretap I CAN set it up to record from the mac but the result is nothing, no audio. I like to take samples from audio from dvds, youtube etc. but since I have my macbook I haven't been able to do this I would appreciate it if someone might know what's wrong. ThirdPhase |

Try Audio Hijack instead. It allows you to record from any program or from an external source.
The pro version is worth the money btw. Try my custom Mac Forums Search Engine: Mac Forums Google Search Please use the reputation system if you consider any help given useful (it's the little ✓/✘ on the left <---) ![]() |
