I was wondering around on phone zoo today, and got to thinking - Are there any good sound effects out there? I mean nothing is quite as classy as the Tri-Tone. Skype also has some cool clean tones, but they're too 'bubbly' for me. So... Are there any clean apple worthy sound effects out there?

Luke

Yes, there are lots of good sound effects out there, but (on the whole) not free ones.

I do have one idea (from the info in your other post -- please don't cross-post!): AT&T's "Natural Voices" demo:

I typed in "Hi, you have new mail!" and then recorded the demo output as AIFF and added it to the Mail program. Done.
