AppleTV is not appearing in ITunes

Hi,

Sometimes my AppleTV does not appear in ITunes in the lower right hand corner, but I see it synchronizing. Where can I force it to open?

Up - I hope somebody out there has a quick fix to get my AppleTV to appear EVERYTIME I open ITunes, and not only from time to time...
