What is the best way to record a Real Audio broadcast to mp3? The only thing I figured was plugging the audio out into the audio in and recording it that way, but then there is no way to hear what is being recording at the moment.

Is there a simple way?

Audio Hijack may be a solution. See http://www.rogueamoeba.com/audiohijackpro/

They have a demo you can download so you can decide if it is worth the little amount of money they ask for it.
