Audio Streaming

Are there any programs out there that I can schedule and download as an MP3 so that I can play on ITunes or IPOD? I know there is one for the PC but it won't work on a MAC.

do you mean to record streamed audio? wiretap and audio hijack are the best. though I don't think tey support scheduling.
