How to record from sound card

I did a search but didn't find anything. How do I record directly from the sound card with audacity? Thanks! I am a new switcher.

Like any audio that plays on my macbook. Youtube, Internet radio stations, etc.

You can record things from mic . you cant record online broadcast using that.

I'm a huge Wire Tap fan, strongly recommend it. Easy, great quality, reliable, can even set schedules to record your Mac's internal sound, also.
