As our G4 laptop does not have an intel processor, it cannot run the newest versions of logic studio or logic express. Can anyone tell me which version is compatible and any other problems before I purchase the software? keep it as simple as poss please, cause i am buying for my son and not well informed on the subject!

Many thanks
