I just upgraded to Ver 9 of iTunes and now I cannot seem to sync my purchases between my 2 computer based iTunes to my iPod. I have made sure the accounts are authorised and when I open my iPod in iTunes all the content is grayed out. Anyone have a suggestion as to what I am doing wrong? Iain

Check your iPod settings. I had a similar issue, where on one computer, I had my iPhone set to "manually add/remove" music.
Then once I plugged it into my room-mate's, I had to check off the manual setting again. Keep in mind, that by doing so, it will prompt you with a warning saying that it will remove ALL of your media from your iPod. Music, photos, and videos. |
