itunes Radio in Australia, for a PC

I recently moved to Sydney Australia, and unfortunately cannot access any of the Itunes radio stations. I have a fast wireless connex, and have Itunes 8.2. Is this an international proxy problem? Do i need to upgrade the Itunes software constantly? Thanks in advance - |
