New to this site, i have two questions ish !

Firstly whats your thoughts on buying a 2nd hand macnote book from ie amazon and the likes ?
Secondly the one i have seen is the macbook with 1.83 GHZ Intel core 2 duo/512mb/60gb/combo.
is this mac suitable to load logic 8 on to it, if these questions seem a bit simple its because i am !
