NOTE: Moved to appropriate forum

iTunes Music Store would be the best option for music and videos.

I haven't done so myself but I have heard good things about the Amazon music store. It just appears to be music though.

i use amazon for music, and really find it to be entirely agreeable.

I use iTunes, but use iTuneMyWalkman software that I found on Version Tracker to put the music onto my Samsung Alias 2 cell phone (don't have an iPod or MP3 player). It converts the file and is a very user friendly program.

iTuneMyWalkman 0.952 software download - Mac OS X - VersionTracker
