Basically, you need a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable, and the plug one end into the headphones port of the record player, and one end into the audio in of your iMac (?, what do you have).
You need to then set the Mac to record all of your machine sounds, I can only help you from this point forth using Audacity. Im not too sure how it works in GarageBand. |
