How to record Voice

Could someone tell me how to use my internal onboard mic to record myself talking? I am going to record me reading some chapters of a book for finals and then put that into itunes, and then put it on my ipod so I can have it while I am in the car... just another way to be studying I guess. Any help is greatly appreciated jared |
