Help Needed - MP3 Software which can Scroll +-5 to 10 seconds within tracks

Hiya,

I transcribe my lectures as they play, and hence need to be able to pause/move back and forward approx 5-10 seconds within a track as I am typing (as you can do with WINAMP).

I have been unable to find anything equivalent to this on any MAC MP3 software. Quicktime is the closest thing I have found but it isn't very fluid as using the shortcut key first pauses the track.

ANY help in this regard would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks

Thanks for the link. I've given it a go but its not really what I'm looking for. But thanks anyway, I do appreciate it!

Surely at least one Mac mp3 player has retained the skip +- 5 seconds within track feature. :-( ?! Anybody?
