Is there a way I can get my Mac Mini 10.3.9 operating system to recognize a Sansa Fuze MP3 player? As Sansa has instructed, I have conditioned the player's USB port to operate in MSC mode but obviously that has not been enough. Any help greatly appreciated. - neuman26

I use a program called XNJB for a Creative Zen player my son has. You may need to download this or a similar program.
