    Connect Itunes to network drive
    I am a first time MAC user so bare with me here. I have plenty of unix/linux experience but this OS still confuses me a little.

    Anyway, I have a windows machine with about 200 GIGS of music on it. The music is divided into folders by artist then folders by albums.

    I just bought my first mac (MacBook Pro) and want to make my itunes connect to my network share holding my music. I am able to browse to the network share and play a song from it. But I want to see if I can have all my music on my Itunes through the network. Is this possible? I dont see any settings in ITunes that will allow me to make it search the network drive for music.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Ok I just found the answer...

    * Run iTunes.
    * Choose "File" > "Add To Library…"
    * Browse and choose the folder you wish to scan
