    Question sound recording
I like to listen to podcasts, music, etc. To record on my Mac I use QuickVoice. But the sound must be on to record . I there a way to record music or other without having to listen to it?

Mute your Mac speaker(s), or plug a 'dummy' 3.5 mm plug into the audio out socket. WireTap is a good sound recording app, but it isn't free.
