    FL Studio?
I know FL Studio (http://www.flstudio.com/) is not compatible with macs, but I tried to run it through Parallels and it did not run as smoothly as I would have liked. FL Studio also did not recognize my MIDI controllers when I ran it through parallels. Can anyone help me get this to work correctly?

Bootcamp would be the best way forward. FL Studio is really nice, it's worth getting it set up properly.
