    need audio app like audiohijack
    anyone know of something similar and cheaper cost?

    There's an app called Soundflower that allows you to route audio freely on virtual busses within your system. It does not record anything like AudioHijack does, but it will allow you to route audio into an application that will such as GarageBand. I use it from time to time and find it extremely useful.
