Hi all,

i have just joined this site. i think its great and will start to use it alot. i have recently bought a macbook air and i want to know which torrent is the best to have for mac?!

Transmission is the way to go.
Its got a nice clean (somewhat customizable) interface, fairly lightweight, and does what you want.

Two more that may do:
Azureus (although it takes up space, and is written in java, making it slow)

another vote for transmission.
I run azureus on my PC, but stay away from the new version, it's all bogged down with content running on your home page.

I noticed this thread the other day and downloaded Transmission. It's GREAT. Light on system resources, super easy interface, and yeah FREE is awesome

I love how Transmission automatically resizes according to the torrents displayed. Really saves a lot of space.

I used Azureus on my PC but i tried it on my Mac and I couldn't get anything to download. I use Transmission and it runs great.

I'm using Bits on Wheels.. It has great arrangement of all needed fields. But haven't tried Transmission yet, so I can't compare

I rarely use torrents but anytime I have I used Azureus and it worked perfectly (Macbook intel)
