I download TV programs, LEGALLY, to put on my iPod, from a Sony DVD player VXD-655. It works if I use DVD-R discs. If I use DVD-RW disks, I get an error message from Mac the Ripper, Can't Read DVD Title Set Info. Both the R and RW are in the same format. So why won't it work? I hate to waste disks. That's why I bought RW's.

Good question, does handbrake work?
P.S. I assume this question is legal if you're recording shows off of the TV and aren't bypassing any copy protection of any sort. |
