Hi all,
I Have 2 questions: 1- Where is the default directory of iMovie 08. In other words where iMovie saves the projects in my local HD. 2- Is there a way of changing the default location of the saved projets in iMovie. In other words how do i tell iMovie to save my projets in my external Firewire or USB 2.0 HD in lieu of my local HD. Thanks to all in advance. |

then click one the one result that appears. Create a folder on the external drive, at the top level only, named "iMovie Events". Then from within iMovie, you can drag events from the internal drive to the external drive and the files will be moved. There are three special folders for iMovie 08 that reside in your personal Movies folder. The names are "iMovie Projects", "iMovie Events" and "iMovie Sharing". As far as I know the "iMovie Projects" and "iMovie Sharing" folder can not be moved. Perhaps a Unix link would work. |
