I cannot import or add video to my library in iTunes. I tried from the menu and tried dragging the file in and iTunes just does nothing and nothing happens. Also, I downloaded some video from iTunes and when I try and sync the ipod touch it says it can't play the video even though I got it from iTunes.

Very frustrating. I've searched for a couple days and nothing has come up. I even reinstalled iTunes with still no luck.

oh and while I'm typing this on my wife's macbook pro that we just got the screen is flickering in and out like the macbook light when it is asleep. Looks like there is a light sensor in the keyboard or something because when I hold my hand over the right side of the keyboard the screen goes dark. Wierd....

Ok, I found the solution. I had to restore my iPod even though its 4 days old to its orginal settings and firmware. This took care of the issue and I'm now able to import video into iTunes and get it onto the iPod.
