Complete Mac noob here. I'm pretty sure this question hasn't been asked in the Forums. I tried using Toast titanium but it wouldn't open for me. I use OSX 10.3.9 Panther, i don't know what that has to do with anything.

Try Burn, it's free, and has a video section with VCD, SVCD, etc.
