Whats Up Mac Fam?

Does anyone know of any good sites that have free tutorials for Final Cut Pro or any other video/graphics programs?

I haven't found any free ones. The best i've seen is the quick little run through on Apple site.

Though you might search iTunes, Podcast Alley, Podshow, etc for a Video Podcast where they show you how to do things. I know Macbreak covers it occasionally.
