software to make thumbnails of an entire clip sequence

On windows I rember windows media player classic had this awesome feature to make multiple thumbnails of a movie clip or video file and than it would pop out a JPEG of the whol sequence broekn down in as one JPEG image . Anything like that for the mac?

I suppose you could use iMovie to Export using Expert mode and save as jpeg images to a folder. That gives you individual frames. Then import those into iPhoto, select them all, and Print which will cause them all to be on one sheet. At least if there arn't too many.
