Efficently transferring VHS to digital?

Guest Posts: n/a	06-22-2006, 05:45 PM I have a Formac to transfer VHS tape through IMovie, but the file always gets to 200 mb after 3 seconds. Is it possible to create the same or somewhat close to VHS quality in an efficent way?
