Final Cut Tutorials?

I have Final Cut Express and can do the basics. But I am looking for some easy to follow online tutorials, I have no patients for technical cobel-dy-gook. I am looking to learn effects and such to make my movies more professional. Also, if you know of any places to get free transitions that would be great.
