Does Toast 11 have a feature to create chapters on a BLU ray dvd similar to the chapter function in Idvd?

I only have Toast 10, but doesn't 11 have a chapter markers menu as well

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
