What is everyone using to keep track of their music/video libraries?

Have Delicious Library 2, although I haven't kept it up to date lately, and think I still have the DL iOS app that got pulled from the store.

I'm looking for something that is multi-OS, really don't want to be stuck in a single OS.

Android and iOS capable - so you can hand a guest a tablet and allow them to browse through your library and syncs with it's own Desktop app.

Preferably OS X and Windows versions, although, reckon I could live with one or the other.

And has the ability for you to input / keep track of where your stuff is located, whether a physical library, iTunes, Amazon, Vudu, etc.

Something other than a spreadsheet - while not multi-OS, perhaps something like Bento would do it???

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.

What about Plex? I used it prior to having everything set up through iTunes. You can connect to it remotely, make changes to the info and it can be used one every platform.

That's an idea...

Hadn't considered using one of the media server apps (gave up on all of those, incl'g Plex) as just a cataloging app.

edit:
Nope, no way to just add a movie, far as I can see, that's not sitting on your drive.

Here's one that has come aways since the last time I looked at it, probably 3-4 yrs ago - Movie Collector.

Let's you assign an Edition Format and permits you to add formats to the database and an icon to represent the format.

Here's list view with HD DVD, B-R, Vudu, Amazon, B-R, DVD, mp4 (just picked the VLC icon for testing)

And here it is when viewing an individual item so you can see where you have that item:
