Mac Capture Card to get screenshots off Wii?

I've never used a capture card before but would like one to capture video from my wii(it's not HD so HD not necessary) in order to get screenshots.

I have a MacBook Pro so it would have to be compatible with that.

I'm looking for a cheap one since I just really want to use it for screenshots.
