Hi guys,

I've had a look around and can't find it, and I'm not sure if I've put this in the right forum, so apologies if that's the case.

I was wondering what the name of the program is that records your work on your computer. You see it all the time on youtube when people do tutorials, or on lynda.com, where they are just recording everything they are doing. I can't find it on google as I don't really know the best way to describe it. Thanks for your help in advance

The built in screen recorder.

Some often recommended more advanced software:
Snapz Pro X | Ambrosia Software, Inc.
Screencasting Software - ScreenFlow Overview - Telestream

You can find more by googling 'Mac screen recorder".

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
