Export Settings- FCP7 using QT

I'm editing with FCP 7, the footage was shot at SD, 16 x 9. The end product is a DVD. What settings do I use to export the highest quality, to the desktop? I will send the QT movie to someone else for DVD authoring. Thank you in advance. |
