How do I convert .mov to .mjpeg or other Windows compatible Codec?

I've edited 21 clips to be used as projections for a media design on Final Cut Express 4 using my 13 inch macbook.

I have exported them all as 1280x720 .mov files but when I transfer them to the PC with Windows 7, my V.J. program Resolume 3.2.2 refuses to play them. It will play .avi clips but i lose a ton of quality. MPEG4 files haven't been working either.

I have heard in other forums that .mjpeg should work. How do I convert to this type of file? or are there other codecs that work well on Windows?

Thanks Kevin. It turned out it was a software issue. My VJ program Resolume 3.2.2 for Windows requires that you convert your file to it's own unique codec .dvx but I gave up because it wouldn't recognize the formats in order for me to convert them.

In the end I exported .avi files to be used and unfortunately lost some quality.
