A friend of mine has recently taken up Final Cut Pro, and has been asking me numerous questions about how to do several things. I am wondering if there are any good training sites/videos that I could direct him to. He mentions to me that he likes the style of the Total Training company (the one that did the vids that came with Adobe Creative Suite), but they don't make anything for FCP. He's running version 4.5 right now.

You can look at the Apple's Pro Training Site. There is instructor and self paced classes.
