Hi guys - Just getting into the swing of video editing, etc. Would like to do a simulated news cast and looking for some looping background footage to use with greenscreen. Anyone experienced in this area? Is this type of footage easy to come by or is it expensive?

I make my own loops with After Effects. Why spend money when you can make your own original footage, royalty free?

First way to loop cool patterns is to use fractal noise. CreativeCOW

I also create loops with particle systems, like particular or particle playground. Red Giant TV - Looping a Particle System | Adobe TV

You can shoot out of focus material, like pennies on a lazy susan. It looks like sparkles of light if you blur it enough.

Google "looping video backgrounds" and you'll also find some free stuff.
