Nikon D5100 and Canon EOS 600D compatible with iMovie'11

Hi, I am considering getting either the Canon EOS 600D or Nikon D5100.. not sure if anyone have tried these cameras to import Video into iMovie '11. Any compatabilty issue? Both cameras are not listed in the compatbility list, I think might be too new.. Thanks for your comments.

You'll be fine...simply take the card out of the camera...put it in a card reader...import the movies to iMovie. iMovie will automatically convert your .mov files to AIC for editing...no worries. I have a t2i that works seamlessly...
