I'm trying to view an AVI from my Mac on my 360. I downloaded the update, but it still says it's not compatible. What can I do?

I can't offer much help, but this much I do know: AVI is not a format. It's a container for many, many different audio and video codecs. So to fix this problem, the first thing you are going to want to do is EITHER convert the video into a format that is "known compatible" with the 360, or at least find out WHAT audio and video codecs are being used so we can advise on how best to convert them to something that is going to work.
