Could you specify what "decided not to work" means? Also if you could post your Mac Specs and OS that would be helpful.

Not so much nowadays, but they have saved my bacon in the past, and freed up internet time for the big downloads. In your case, I'm sure Apple do downloads of older software, but hidden away in menus Google can probably help you locate other sources. Do you not have the original installation discs, I seem to remember early iMovies came on a separate disc too. iMac 21.5" 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5 OSX 10.8.3 |

seamonster, your Mac came with a DVD that has iMovie on it. If you bought a newer version of iLife than that is on DVD too. Either way, you can use them to install iMovie.
If you downloaded iMovie 11 from the new Mac App Store, then I'm sure you can scrap the one on your system and re-download it. As Buzzard2010 mentioned, be specific about the problem. Someone may have a solution. CameraTime - Time lapse photography for novice and advanced users. When asking questions, post the version of your software. You'll receive better answers. Please post your results to the thread as it is good feedback.

Basically when I drag a photo to the imovie, it does not show it as accepted and it will not play it but when I click on "my projects" it shoew the photo being there. Also other photo movies I made years ago, when I scroll the mouse over each photo, it changes to a random photo which is not part of the movie at all. I think it is just confused. imac osx 10.5.8 |
