VLC *may* be able to do this, but it's challenging.
I would recommend instead the MPEG-2 Playback component ($30) from Apple, accompanied by the free MPEG-2 Streamclip as a much more elegant solution. Surely this video footage you want to convert is worth this incredibly modest cost? |
