I want to create jpeg previews for my movies like the following examples....

http://i05.s2.imagehosting.ws/2011-0...be_medium.jpeg

http://i05.s2.imagehosting.ws/2011-0...cb_medium.jpeg

I had an app that did exactly that but I'm overseas at the moment and I can't remember what it was called. Anyone help?
Or any other app that does this.
Mac Tiger version please.

Thanks
Shelf
