Everytime I try to Capture with a DV camera connected Final Cut Express crashes with no crash report or anything. If I need to uninstall/reinstall, how should i go about doing this? Thanks.

This is a simple answer. there have been a few tiger/ 10.4 OS X, one theese issues efects final cut pro/express. a sullution is to capture the video in a seperat project, then inport it to your project.

Hope this helps!

Mac Pro (Early 2009) 8 Core 2.26 GHz, 6 GB Ram, 640 GB Drive. Dell 2408WFP.

i had this problem once...

what kind of camera? is it digital? IE can FCP control it?

try the Capture now, also..

One time i know i had to just do a repair permissions and everything worked perfectlyl.

That, and once i got UDMA errors using an IDE drive in my dual G5, which is unsupported

new vid 8/8/05
QUOTE Thanks
