Hi All....first post here, and if this has been covered already I apologize. Anyway if someone could tell me how to get .avif .vcdf and mpegf on to either a DVD-R or a CD-R so it can be played on a DVD player with just the basic software included on OS-X 10.2.8 I'd REALLY appreciate it! Do they have to be re-formatted? Compressed?

TIA,
-Jeff

i could be mistaken but i don't think what you want to do is possible with just the system software.

Your first step is to convert your video to MPEG, and then you should be able to burn it with toast. Toast should should make readble VCD's for your DVD player. So first step is a conversion. I haven't done this on a Mac yet, so I don't have anything to recommend. All I know is the first step
