DVD Error

I recently filmed a school play, I edited it in final cut, exported it to quick time, created the DVd menu in iDVD and burned disks from iDVD. I also burned a selection of the disks in duplicator that we have.
Some of the disks were returned to me as a section of unknown film appeared about 2/3 of the way through the play, does anyone have any idea how this can have happened?
