    MacBook video card
I have an older MacBook, 144MB VRAM. I believe the program I'm trying to run needs 256MB discrete RAM. Is there any way to change the BIOS settings for this? I can't imagine ever needing all that because I'm just using SD video, but I can't explain that to the installer.

    Texas, where else?
If the video card in your machine is below the minimum specs required to install the application, no.

Your particular need of only SD video may have nothing to do with the requirements of the application to function properly.
I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
